An iTrials Patient LifeRecord is a de-identified snapshot of an individual health history as recorded in, and aggregated from, many data sources. This LifeRecord creates a longitudinal health history which includes diagnoses, treatments, procedures, prescriptions, tests, and other medical data regarding each specific patient. Many data points related to the individual patient, treating physicians, and facilities can be combined with iTrials weighting and scoring algorithms to create powerful predictive models for assessing protocol feasibility, site selection, and patient enrollment.
